Been anxious since yesterday because our dog Lada has not been feeling well - not critically so, but what worried me is that I couldn't figure out the reason. She's also lost some weight in the past months... Today I noticed she was licking her belly and when I looked I saw a huge tumour that I haven't seen before 😠We drove to the vet to have her examined (which was very stressful for her of course) and thankfully the tumour is just in the mammary gland and other organs are not affected. Now we have to prepare for surgery, which is doubly stressful because I haven't really planned financially for it (and that brings up a lot of self hate). Still I'm looking at the bright side, grateful that the issue seems straightforward and as practice shows it could have been much worse. Lada is 11 y.o. already but I'm hoping she'll be with us for at least 5 more years 🥺

I understand your feelings, but it's not your fault! We can't control everything. I wish fast recovery to Lada and strength to you!

Thank you Uriana! Just wish I was wiser with my finances, I think that's a lesson I'm learning the hard way 😔
