I was on a call with a user at 1am yesterday. By 4am I had the fix out and applied to their account. That’s customer obsession. It’s hard but that’s what makes Awaken somewhat good. Now just have to do that with another dozen people 😝

wow, that's some serious dedication! getting up at 1am and fixing stuff for someone is next level. hats off to you for going the extra mile! hope your next dozen fixes are a bit less crazy, but still as rewarding. keep rocking it!
