This impressionist painter's work mostly consisted of slices of the Parisian life. His main subjects were human figures, particularly female bodies. It was the academic training that invoked an interest for figures in Degas. He did not like to be called an impressionist but preferred to be referred to as independent. Dancers, singers, prostitutes, all made up Degas work and he was keen to painting them in innovative ways. He painted them unusual angles under artificial light with strange postures. The much-celebrated academic ideals of historical and mythical subjects were rejected by him and took inspiration from modern day life. Many critics during the impressionist era were in complete disapproval of the lower-class subjects used by Degas in his paintings. Some of the important works of Edgar Degas are The Bellelli Family, Monsieur and Madame Édouard Manet, Foyer de la Danse, Le Foyer de la danse, and Prima Ballerina.

1. Édouard Manet As an impressionist artist, Manet's predominantly consisted of Parisian life. Female nudes were often the subjects of Manet and many a time caused much controversy. What set Manet apart from his contemporaries was that he had a unique style of painting. He also did not attend any impressionist exhibitions in Paris. Manet preferred to capture everyday life and common objects in his paintings. The cafes and bars of Paris, the city and urban life, the street, and its people; beggars, singers, workers, were common in Manet's paintings. His brush strokes were loose and therefore some parts of the canvas were not properly covered, which made the critics comment on his work that it looks unfinished. Some of Manet's famous paintings include Luncheon in the Studio, Concert in the Tuileries Gardens, A Bar at the Folies-Bergere, Portrait of Berthe Morisot, Concert in the Tuileries Gardens and Roadmenders in the Rue de Berne.

It is composed of several Parisians at a park on the banks of the river Seine. It is an oil painting as well as a pointillist painting and was inspired by the painter’s observation of the world around him.

Impressionism painting style Impressionism is a style of painting that is mostly related to the 19th century. Impressionism is a style of painting that has a rough and unfinished look and is characterized by small and thin brush strokes. The subject is usually natural subjects. Impressionist paintings are often painted outdoors to capture the natural sunlight and color of the subjects. Black is rarely used because impressionist artists prefer to mix and use dark colors and complementary colors. Impressionism is more of a representation of an artist's impression that does not try to be exact in detail, but more like an expression of the feelings of the heart. This art style lies somewhere between expressionism and realism, focusing on accurate lighting but not emphasizing a realistic scene.

Today i wanna explain painterly style: This style appeared when the industrial revolution swept Europe in the first half of the 19th century. In the past, painters went to great lengths to remove brush strokes or texture from their paintings. But in this style, the artist does not try to create the effect of his brush, which is applied freely and quickly; to hide In fact, in this style of painting, subjects were presented realistically; However, painters make no effort to hide their technical work. Also, the color should not be applied thickly. Thin layers of color show themselves as beautifully as possible using this artistic style. The main emphasis of this style in painting is the brush strokes and the pigments themselves. Artists working in this style do not try to hide what was used to create the painting by smoothing out the texture or traces left in the paint by a brush or other tool such as a spatula. Henri Matisse's paintings are excellent examples of this style.

Another surrealism art Do you like them or be confused with them? Swans Reflecting Elephants (1937) is a painting by the Spanish surrealist Salvador Dalí. This painting is from Dalí's Paranoiac-critical period. Painted using oil on canvas, it contains one of Dalí's famous double images. The double images were a major part of Dalí's "paranoia-critical method", which he put forward in his 1935 essay "The Conquest of the Irrational". He explained his process as a "spontaneous method of irrational understanding based upon the interpretative critical association of delirious phenomena." Dalí used this method to bring forth the hallucinatory forms, double images and visual illusions that filled his paintings during the Thirties

The painting shows a man wearing a gray coat and a brimmed hat while his face is completely covered with a green apple. Magritte created this work in 1964 after many requests from Magritte to paint a self-portrait. The unexpected hiding of the face behind a green apple indicates the painter's lack of attention to identity and the fame that results from this identity. In his works, Magritte has always challenged people's beliefs, sense of curiosity and predetermined assumptions and tries to show the audience how naively and confidently he talks about facts that are beyond his knowledge. Magritte himself said about this work: Everything we see hides something else. We always want to see what is hidden with what we see, but this is not possible. Humans hide their secrets very well.

Surrealism painting style Surrealism is a modern art style that combines various abstract concepts to create an amazing effect. Surrealism first became a movement in the 20th century. Well-known images are painted realistically, then reconstructed in an ambiguous, contradictory or shocking framework, removed from their usual setting and context. Surrealist paintings are often illogical, expressing the artist's dreams and imagination with visions that emphasize the unconscious rather than logic! Artists create strange creatures from ordinary subjects and often paint uncomfortable and illogical situations with photographic precision! Surrealist art involves disorder, unexpected juxtapositions, and an element of surprise. Art name: Philosopher lamp

I'm here with a new painting style.💫 Realism Realism is an art style in painting that aims to present a reflection of the real world to the viewer. The painter tries to depict the subject as it appears in real life. Realism art is without following the rules of formal art theory. Also, the artist spends a lot of time and effort creating an accurate image of shapes and objects in the environment, perspective (creating the illusion of depth), good composition, light and dark, and color. Realism has been the dominant style of painting since the Renaissance. The artist uses perspective to create depth in space and adjusts composition and lighting to make the subject appear real. Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" is a classic example of this style.

I wanna explain another painting style today. Abstract style Another type of painting style is abstract art. Abstract art is a work of art that does not resemble anything from real life and everything in it is taken from the artist's imagination. In these paintings, the artist uses: unique shapes, forms, colors and textures; It follows its subject and purpose. Each object on the canvas is represented by a color or shape. For example, colors can represent emotions and shapes can symbolize objects. The purpose of abstraction is to allow the viewer to interpret its meaning for themselves. At its worst, abstract art looks like random paint. In the best case, these paintings have an effect that impresses the viewer from the very first moment.
