I discovered this not long time ago, I think it had more importance at the beginning?

It’s been effectively unchanged since the beginning. In that context, it was novel and exciting since it felt very crypto native and a huge step above the hexagon pfps from Twitter

dan said its not used when I asked for the ability to pin certain nfts or to curate the order a bit. still feels like a major miss not having that feature imo. just needs a bit of tweaking and people will actually use it more I bet

Early users (~2022) were probably like 99% web3 adjacent. The NFTs tab made a ton of sense back then and was actually really exciting to see.

But Farcaster is looking to hundreds of millions of users, way out of scope for people into NFTs / web3 / crypto.

I've used it to follow people holding specific project tokens including my own, I love it and imo its a massive part of onchain social 

Up to us to educate new users as to what the norms are that essentially make our onchain lives a smoother experience

That wouls be amazing , Unfortunately I discovered a while ago that many of the users here have never minted anything or don't know what an NFT is, that must make it take a backseat
