It's an exchange, usually the tokens pre-market before listing.
but thanks for the info, I don't believe it either.

It's some website that speculates on whether or not a Farcaster token is coming. If it is, you can make money. 

But it's not going to happen, ever. It's way too much risk for Merkle to take on with such regulatory uncertainty.
