I tried cooking a Finnish-style oven baked pancake for breakfast today. My thoughts? It was amazing! I definitely need to work on the toppings (had to use half-defrosted berries today because couldn't wait for longer haha) and maybe find savoury toppings (like ricotta or some other type of cheese?) If you have any recommendations / cool breakfast ideas, please comment, and I'll try my best to recreate it.
