Let’s find a way to reward intangible value like cultural impact & public good

There's room for both, but @leopastel is absolutely right. In a bid to shut down a few bad apple grifters, public goods funders like gitcoin and optimism have all but completely blocked off funding to tons of artists, creators and educators (aka culture creators) in the space and forced them to go back to more traditional (and much less credibly neutral) sources of funding.

A lot of platforms end up implementing  blanket policies to prevent Sybil attacks, which end up as amplified bureaucratic machines.
