Yes for sure but also demonstrates the failure of democrats to recognize that, for many reasons, voters didn’t see a difference and so they didn’t show up. 

I feel less inclined to blame voters and more inclined to hold the Democratic Party for failing to speak on things voters care about

It's a democracy not every voter thinks Israel is committing a genocide and many are in full support of them. Balancing a position in order to win an election is required in a democracy.

That wasn’t the only issue though. For one Kamala didn’t do a good job differentiating herself. There was very little talk about the things voters care about.. healthcare etc. I watched and watched and saw this coming. When I spoke about it, I got hardcore pushback as if I was voting for Trump. I would never and I wanted Kamala to win 

Democrats didn’t listen and that’s why they lost. They lost because of the people who didn’t show up, not for the people who voted Trump
