Are there blockchain bridges built into wallets? Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see any. Is it difficult to build in? Dangerous?

I wasn’t clear. I didn’t a bridge between L1’s (although Eth to Tez would be awesome). I’d just like to transfer from L1 to L2 or between L2’s without going to a separate bridge. I love Orbiter. I’d love it more built into @rainbow or /metamask

No bridges will be needed soon with account abstraction. Wallets will become smarter.

Hi Trish, as @barbaras mentioned we do have a MetaMask bridge that supports bridging between L2s. You can find it at portfolio.metamask.io/bridge or just click the Bridge button from MetaMask wallet.

/coinbasewallet has some bridging support built in. I can bridge between eth mainnet and various L2s. It can't bridge directly between L2s, though.
