Including XRP and ADA in a "US crypto reserve" is completely idiotic and makes the reserve look more like an investment portfolio. The reason Trump mentioned them isn't a mystery -- he has wealthy allies, including Sacks, who are invested in these coins. All we wanted was clear rules for the industry and fair treatment from regulators. Instead we're getting favors handed out to centralized actors who are good at playing the corruption game. On FC specifically? Still a lot I hope. Nobody wants to use a social network that keeps creators locked in a walled garden. And nobody wants to use a financial system that can censor transactions or shut down at any time. Decentralization is crucial whether people consciously think about it or not.
