Real question: If executive branch no longer recognizes decisions of other branches it doesn’t like (like funding agencies and court rulings), how is it different from dictatorship? I can’t figure it out.

It’s done we already are. They probably can’t enforce payment either. Watch him put it all on ledgers. I don’t hold out a lot of hope any of this will turn out well for the American people but I do appreciate a good court transcript. If not for us for a couple generations down the road.
