I think there are no silver bullets and while prediction markets are cool for certain decisions, they aren't that ideal in some scenarios. I think that any project/organization needs to have more than 1 governance mechanism; Reputation-based for moving parts + whatever makes sense for Liquidity Providers (VCs, Retail, Users). I think Aragon it's on a nice path around this modularity in governance decisions by allowing to have multiple steps in a single proposal.
