I have two thoughts: - latent energy of spaces is real. We build neurological pathways from repeated experiences, so when you return to a space you fall back into the same pathway - you can build new energy in a space with intentionality and ritual P.s. getting out of the house is good!! I struggle with this as well. My house has many ghosts. Some my own, some left by others. I'm trying to just make friends, but sometimes I just need a break!

Point two is what my intuition has been trying to teach me. Yas! What are some rituals you’ve been drawn to? I’m also planning to do a huge spring clear out, physically and energetically! I’m about to be a “witch on a rampage”

Yes!! Cleaning and organizing is a huge boost to new ritual-making! I actually try to make habits of cleaning regularly specifically to engage with my space physically. Adding personal effects in the space that you can touch and connect with that bring positivity to your day helps! I have old pictures of past family members and artwork & furniture with strong personal connections, as an example. Things that make you think positively about your home. Fill yourself with gratitude for what it provides your life!

I am neglectful with cleaning, and I know this is an area I can focus in on for a lot of growth. I like watching ritual in motion, like where sports players will touch a trophy or I have seen men smack or touch something hung above a door frame, I want something like this in my home! Ya'know? Do you do anything like this?

I'm also neglectful with cleaning but it's been an intentional effort this past year and it has been helping! Lots of room to keep growing tho, 🤣
