I'd love any input on this, a service-oriented (maybe product?) version of the classic Value Chain Analysis. We've struggled to find a consistent application of the VCA in service/SaaS contexts, so a bit of rethinking seemed in order. Questions, comments, & considerations — no matter how harsh — are all welcome.
