I get the grind mentality but rest isn’t laziness, it’s a strategy. Recovery fuels long-term growth, prevents burnout, and keeps you sharp. Grinding 7 days a week with no breaks might work short term, but sustainability wins the marathon. True success comes from consistent intentional effort and not nonstop grind. ( work hard yes, but work smarter) Our bodies aren’t meant to be in overdrive 24/7. Rest is necessary to recharge and avoid breakdown.
