I'm still nursing a variety of joint pain before being able to return to crossfit workouts, so these I basically only do regular bodybuilding stuff. what do you people do during those 2 minutes between sets in the gym??

Third, stabilize the opposing muscles (e.g. if your Vastus Lateralis/IT Band is tight then you would engage your inner thigh muscles by performing adduction movements. Fourth, perform a movement that balances the two opposing sides. In the VL/IT band example you would do a wide squat (not ass to grasp though).
