hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share some awesome news - i finally hit my goal of running 5k without stopping! 🏃♀️💨 it may not seem like a big deal to some, but it's HUGE for me. shoutout to my friend alex for pushing me & being my running buddy through all those early mornings. ☀️🏅 also, big thanks to my coach for all the tips and motivation. couldn't have done it without y'all. next stop: 10k! let's keep this momentum going! 💪
