do you stretch after working out? here are some of my fave post workout stretches give these a try after gym or a run hold each one for 20/30 seconds each 1. forward bend 2. kneeling lunge 3. butterfly stretch 4. hurdle stretch - lean forward + side 5. figure 4 stretch 6. yogi stretch have a restful sunday! 😌

Yoga is great. I have a kind of early onset arthritis that causes joints in the body to fuse. Many people with my condition who aren’t active / don’t stretch regularly have joint ossification that causes a ton of pain and immobility. Being a lifelong yoga practitioner dramatically improved my prognosis.
