I'm really passionate about paediatric physiotherapy and paediatric care, as you've probably observed if you've been seeing the /physicaltherapy channel. However, you may be asking why physical therapy is so important for kids. A child's development might be impaired by internal or external circumstances, occasionally even painful ones, just as a plant needs water and sunlight to flourish Physiotherapy helps in this situation by regaining function and ensuring that kids develop and mature appropriately. I have a soft spot particularly to this field of study because I never want to see an innocent child grow up in the ‘wrong way’ for reasons which were beyond them or mothers(sometimes first time mothers) being so worried about their children. I mean, i never would have wanted to see my mum like that, right?

My brother had this thing in his feet he needed to use switched shoes for 1 year (left shoe on right foot and vice versa) I almost lost my foot at 8yr old and needed PT to learn how to walk again PT has been very important and present in our lives and i’m thankful.
