The boyfriend didn’t used to like Brussels either.  But now we have them like once a week.  So good.

A lot of people don’t like them whole cause they are wet and taste like cabbage.  But if you dissect them or shred them and cook them with a little bit of olive oil salt, pepper, and a hint of Dijon mustard you won’t be sorry.
