I think when ketchup is sealed it’s best for it to be in the cupboard or shelf but once it’s opened,it should be kept in the fridge due to the fact that it’s opened to air and it’ll get oxidized which will give room for fungi to grow on it. Team fridge because you’ll definitely have to open the sealed ketchup
