lunch today: sandwich on sourdough 

> grilled chicken breast 
> prosciutto de parma 
> dressed baby arugula 
> sun dried tomatoes 
> honey goat milk greve
> evoo

insanely delicious

run it back turbo; this time add too many calabrian chiles 

half on rye cause i only had one slice of sourdough 

better than the first time cause this one was soaked in chili oil which worked nicely with the honey goat cheese & salty prosciutto 

maybe would add a little red wine vinegar to the arugula dressing next time for an  acidic bite but sun dried tomatoes gave some; overall very tasty
