I can't even bet on my own country's political race because i live in America. Polymarket takes free markets and speech as inputs and outputs truth - this at a time when truth is needed more than ever. The fact that U.S. users are blocked from using it shows you have far we've strayed.

Also, ironically, your point is why Polymarket right now is unlikely to be accurate. It excludes almost all Americans, the class of people most likely to have inside information about this.

Yes that’s true, just like polling. They also tend to be better when the question at hand is based on the popular will, rather than the a determination of a single actor.
