3 categories of users have been banned, most fall into category 3:

1. Accounts which have removed >60% of their allowance through McDegen.
2. Accounts who exploited an allowance glitch.
3. Accounts with a high % of "tips reciprocated" meaning that you tipped people back when they tipped you.

There will be some form of appeal process coming so please stay tuned to the Degen channel for more info on this.

Are you saying that users were banned where there was mutual account tipping, even if they were within the rules already set out?

Do you mean that if your tip4tip was too high a percentage of your overall tipping for the season?

Yes. If you gave back in too high a percentage to those who gave to you then you have been banned.
