I’ve been trying to figure out what’s been munching on my squash plant. The plant looks healthy and I couldn’t spot any bugs. Today I took a day off and sat by the window and saw a fluffy, gray tail peeking out of the leaves… unleashed the dogs on it but another came back a few moments later. 😒🐿️

I’ve got a couple of little Kabocha squashes on the way! Squirrels have stayed away - went with the streamer method and also unleashed the paw patrol more frequently. I did buy fence spikes but waited to see if I really needed them before installing. Seems good now! 🤞

spray them or dust them with cayenne pepper.  they wont touch them.  you can even dust the path to them them (top of the fence etc) and they will stay off that as well.
