Turning of the news might sometimes be the best answer. Otherwise twitter might be good but blurred with spam and fake shit. 

Skynews has a live broadcast on youtube without hours of ads between them.

Twitter is filled with people posting video game footage and calling it real

Yes indeed, half of it is old footage or from the game Arma. Saw this to often with the war in Ukraine as well. It's difficult at this time to say whats even real. Even official sources turn into propaganda channels real fast and post falls flags.
