Hi, i can’t cast in /bracky channel, is there any specific requirement for casting in the channel?

again, the channel doesn’t have any members yet. Still figuring out how we’re going to use it.

Let me share my opinion;
When you create something that relies on participation, you promote it and attract members, especially those who engage with your channel’s bot and everything related to that participation. 
So, ultimately, it’s highly disrespectful to deny people access to the channel.
I’m a new user, and i've only been active on fc for about 3 months. I’m sure my rank is the reason for this disrespect!
