The tokenlist is a remaining point of centralization in the DeFi stack. Every protocol today uses a centralized token list.

TKN is an effort to create a predictable, decentralized, onchain token list. Only after we eliminate trust requirements in DeFi, will crypto be ready to disrupt all of TradFi, and beyond.

TKN runs on top of ENS, where each ticker is a subdomain of tkn.eth.

For example: the data for $LINK can be found onchain in the resolver contract for link.tkn.eth. Thus TKN inherits the lindyness, security, app integrations, and tooling of ENS.

The ticker symbol is a unique and exciting primitive. Due to the trustful nature of traditional finance, tickers were never able to reach their full potential as the TCP/IP of value.

By bringing all of the world's assets together into a single global namespace, we can unlock an era of growth. 🌅

What is the role of $TKN? 
Security: Stake $TKN on tokens to validate accuracy and generate yield
Governance: Assent the constitution and direct the growth of Token Name Service and SWP.eth
Data Overrides: If a quorum of $TKN holders disagree with a specific datapoint, an onchain vote can be held to override the data

Where are the decentralized frontends?

The dWeb is revolutionary, but users have a hard time locating a project's decentralized UI.

TKN makes dWeb easy! If a project has published their IPFS/Arweave site, it will be added to the TKN dataset and resolve from it's subdomain.

hey I tried to claim the airdrop, but I got the message "You are eligible but airdrop claiming is disabled until November 26th.".
I don't get it, it is too late to claim?
