No, it doesn’t replace the even connected wallet. It’s for people to build other interactive frames and dapps. 

Will be making it easy for other devs to use the mapping soon

What does that do? Does that replace the evm connected wallet with the starknet wallet or is it rather to interact with frames?

Confused what the function is on argent mobile. It complains about being an unknown dapp and doesn't do anything because of this
