Could a hashtag be a shortcut to post in a channel?

e.g. #warpcast would send the cast to /warpcast

1. Limit the number of hashtags in a cast. Maybe 1 (or 3 max).
2. To help prevent spamming, maybe only people who follow the channel, have posted in the channel before, have an active badge, or some other criteria.
3. The hashtag is not included in the character count.
