Treat them like cigarettes/alcohol/cannabis in Canada? Make them higher friction to buy + limit advertising about them. So, if I _really_ want a burger/pizza/etc. I just have to go in a special store and/or ask for it specifically vs. it being the "default"?

+1, but also make it more science/process based rather than an allow/disallow list. Pizza can be made to be quite nutritious, for example. Regulation should track our latest understandings and the state of the world, not some vibes/lobbying that succeeded a decade ago and is now ossified from change.
