The Parable of the Father and Son In the parable, the father and son set out on a donkey to visit villages. • In the first village, they were criticized for riding the donkey alone without caring for its comfort. • In the second village, the son was criticized for not caring for his father, who was walking. • Then the father rode the donkey alone, and in the third village, he was criticized for not caring for his son. They decided not to use the donkey and carried it on their shoulders. In the next village, they were criticized for cutting down a tree and being foolish. Then they took the donkey by the reins and walked, but in this case, too, they were called fools, because the donkey was doing nothing. - In the end, the father told his son that if you do not use your mind and live by the opinion of others, you will never be able to please everyone.

Michael Saylor, the CEO of MicroStrategy, was among the first to commemorate the 16th anniversary of Bitcoin Whitepaper Day. On X, Michael Saylor expressed his gratitude to Satoshi Nakamoto, the founder of Bitcoin. He shared a print screen photo of the MicroStrategy sales agreement, which indicates his intention to sell up to $21 billion in Class A common stock. The consortium of sales agents, including TD Securities (USA) LLC and Barclays Capital Inc., among others, will enable MicroStrategy to offer and sell shares on an “at the market” basis, as per the agreement formalized on October 30. The “at the market” arrangement allows MicroStrategy to sell shares as required at the current market price. Sales agents will operate under the principle of commercially reasonable effort. The company can regulate the quantity and schedule of shares sold. It is not obligated to sell securities and may elect to deal with only one agent on any given day.
