New Web3 consumer products allow users to perform a single transaction without a learning cost. Actions like Buy/Mint/Top, etc. They all have a direct revenue model and don't need a token. Polymarket has $110M+ volume, zora has 350k+ users, pumpdotfun has $2M daily revenue… I think on-chain consumer app ideas should be designed according to this new playbook. \- There should be a direct revenue model, \- It should offer incentives/revenue opportunities without issuing a token, \- It shouldn't create a learning cost conceptually, \- It should provide seamless UX and onboarding as a product. What other recent projects fit this playbook?
