Interestingly almost all that value came from early hype cycle airdrops (Degen and Moxie) entirely unrelated to Merkle and without requiring $120 a year subscription. 

That’s not to say you shouldn’t value Warpcast at all or even that $120 is unreasonable. But correlating these numbers especially on a forward basis, and especially to the naive newcomers likely to take your meaning quite literally, is deeply disingenuous.

I don’t know what your basis for the last sentence is. I think it’s very unlikely to be true. But I agree with the sentiment that things are overall likely to improve. 

All I’m saying is that any big windfall that comes in the future will likely come as part of the next bull run and the foolish nature of markets during these periods. It will be some meaningless token spun up by a third party and divied out one way or another, regardless of the existence of this “pro” paid tier and absent any meaningful relationship to it.

only disingenuous if i believed farcaster's best days were behind it (i dont). feel strongly there will be *even more* wealth generating events in the future relative to the past. naive newcomers are far more likely to earn more in rewards and other monetary benefits than what they pay in subscriptions
