The best country would have:

* EU floor numbers (ground floor is 0th)
* Also Global South floor numbers (don't skip 4th or 13th)
* East Asian date format (YYYY-MM-DD)
* EU time (24 hour)
* Also non-Western time (no DST)
* Anywhere-but-US units (meters, kg)
* OK fine, if I can have all of the above I'll use Fahrenheit

I’m down with all of this except Fahrenheit. Celsius is perfect, especially for weather and cooking due to the correlations with water’s state changes. 

I also support European DD-MM-YYYY 
though I see your point about it being easiest to sort with year first.
