Farcaster

Think Merkle has to maniacally focus on onboarding the entire crypto community onto farcaster.

Not being on farcaster shouldn’t be optional. They may be using other platforms, but they have a presence here. 

Be the Facebook or Instagram of crypto. 

Building blocks to expand into other domains exist, for example: channels - but focus on crypto only.

Add DNS verification then. As I mentioned over a year ago, I’d trust more content shared by crypto brands that own their domains. Better still if they can verify both ENS and DNS without any tradeoffs

Nice to hear. I just worry about scams and it feels like an easy win. Seems popular on Bluesky and Mastodon so it’s not unprecedented 🙂

Creators

Would love to see support for Fediverse Creator Tags on Mirror/Paragraph. And would also love to see a Farcaster version of this. Being able to add both so that sites that support ActivityPub and Farcaster clients can see the relevant one.
