What’s the incentive for a large staking organization (say Coinbase or Lido) to consolidate under MaxEB?

If existing infrastructure exists to support their tens of thousands of validators, isn’t it simpler for them not to consolidate?

Does anyone else start their mornings by checking beaconcha.in to see if their nodes finally got assigned for a block proposal overnight?

Do you need to hit the 10k $DEGEN holdings in your connected wallet both to send tip and to receive tips?

Or just to send tips?

Why does steps towards account abstraction matter (EIP 3074) if the vision is for users to interact on L2 almost explicitly? 

Can’t L2’s (or at least non-evm ones like Starknet) ship this on their own without consuming the L1 dev resources?
