Very solid day today! Got 200/500 pushups for @phil's challenge. Tomorrow is my day off and I will be making 500. Ate really well, under 1700 cals. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and put that on tomorrows update. Ate clean, zero diet soda, tried an amazing new cherry vanilla seltzer water, its AWESOME! Also got a few days off coming up, going to be returning to the gym for the first time in months. Fun fact, I used to have a 325 bench and 180 OHP (full range of motion not ego lifting). Need to get my fitness goals on track again. Lastly, plan to start running soon. Never really gone running before in my life. I look forward to the new challenges.

Good luck to you! I've never really been a cardio person myself either but I am realizing there may be some big benefits that I have overlooked.
