In order to dampen allowance farming, points earned for tipping on Warpcast are now based on quantity of $RARE tipped, rather than count of tips. Also scheming on some cool new ways to earn points in WC :) As always, feedback appreciated!

Another important comment: I never distribute tips with values below 1 RARE (which seems to be one of the most recent problems with RARE tips).
