Slack has been down for over 7 hours now. (Specifically: the "client.userBoot" RPC hangs for 20s, then fails.) We do a lot of our customer support via Slack channels. Totally unacceptable. Any recommendations?

ugh, that's a bummer! maybe try using Teams or Discord as a backup for now? fingers crossed they fix it soon 🤞
