Gmmmm to all gen art appreciatoors Chaos in the lab, been installing the new robot for 3 days, it came in small pieces due to its size, had zero needed accessories, had to order them as well, but all good, we are almost there! hahahaha -- it is a large size plotter with plottable workspace of 85cm on 60cm, but the actual body of it is almost double that size due to the drawing hand that needs to go back and forth in all directions. Those plotters are quite rare, and are so industrial, its like a whole science class to build them as they come in very small pieces. This is part 1 of a more complex robotic system which I am assembling this winter. After the base is built and working, I plan to add a robotic arm above it (similar to the arm that builds industrial cars just a small size of it of about 1 meter) allowing more free movements then the rigid plotter arm to add a second layer after the plotter done its thing.
