Onboard directly to a channel will be FANTASTIC. A well-run channel could have a smooth onboarding process that includes some learning resources to help smooth the ride into learning Farcaster culture - which has it's own language and way of doing things. My first big project for my CuriousDAO is actually to create a set of newbie courses not just for getting into Farcaster, but learning about crypto, web3, and even diving into first steps in building frames, mini-apps, and deploying smart contracts - all based on the learning I'm doing myself. Perks of being an autodidact - I can figure it out myself, and then use my writing superpowers to teach it to others.

It was an idea I had a couple weeks ago. I've devoted my life to learning, following my curiosity. Arranged a simple and very cheap life so I can do that on my content creation income. I'm an autodidact and can learn anything I decide I want to learn - taught myself Chinese last year. But I want some more formal education, too, and after my bachelor's - which is being paid for by a combo of grants and scholarships - getting a master's will be expensive. I want to get the formal research training so I can go off and research my own interests. So I started CuriousDAO - I'll be doing various CuriousDAO projects and committing the earnings for those to the DAO treasury. DAO members will get to vote on some of my research avenues, and if I manage my biz and education well, that treasury will grow, funding my future education, but also, hopefully, the education of other independent scholars. https://paragraph.xyz/@thecurioushermit/announcing-curiousdao
