What people?

What if you had a community where you knew no one would judge you?  What would you create?

I’m struggling right now because I am a singer songwriter and recently decided to start posting a video of me playing a song every week. I posted the first one a few days ago and have had unbearable anxiety ever since and archived the post on IG. The longer I’ve known someone the more I am worried about judgement I think which is why IG makes me the most nervous, being where my family and friends from school are.

So don't start there! Share here!  Create a community here, join existing ones.  Farcaster is really safe that way.

I had a "post and puke" policy early in my content creation days.  If we don't post, no one will see it.  People are going to judge, we can't make the fear go away, so we just have to post it and leave it up.  And then do it again.  And again.  And again.

And eventually, you get used to it.  And you get better at it.  And the people who support you will show up.

Yeah that’s pretty much where I’m at. I actually got positive feedback on ig while it was ignored here. But now im worried by just posting one video on ig that the judgement is worse because people there won’t see my full spectrum of capability and improvement and will just have that one video to go off of. Kinda feels like a lose lose at this point
