Given that tipping allowances are based on the Base L2 Degen and that bridging back from Degen to Base takes roughly a week, what's the plan for equalizing the value of L2 Degen with L3 Degen? As an active and enthusiastic user of the L3, it feels kinda sad that activity there isn't really rewarded + carries more cost
