That’s a bit on lower side. How old? Would you say you’re stressed?

Not stressed. Its measured with my iwatch, so who knows how accurate it is. I still don’t know what its significance is in heathspan analysis. Guess I need to do some research.

It’s technically a measure of the variance in frequency of your heart beats. It’s higher when your heart is healthier and you’re more well rested and in a parasympathetic state. There’s still lots that’s not understood but the most compelling use of it is relative to your own readings over time.

You’ll find it increases after a massage and a good nights sleep. It decreases after drinking a couple units of alcohol, a bad nights sleep, over exercising, or when stressed
