Are any serious Web3 folks trading NFTs? Yesterday I went down the OpenSea rabbit hole and changed my mind on NFTs.

Used to think it was 90% BS but I see the appeal of buying digital art. 

Am I getting sucked into a scam or something real there?

I’m slowly changing my mind about NFTs. For example, I quite like the ornaments by @0xen and think the Blockchain smokers is a fun collection.

I especially appreciate legally backed NFTs for real world assets. Like the house that was sold on OpenSea.

Whoa. House sold on OpenSea? That’s up my alley. Most of my Web3 tinkering is with real world real estate. My family is in the development and construction industry and trying to use my connections there to push them to adopt some NFT / Web3 experiments.

Yes! NFTs have opened a world of oppurtunity for the sale, distirbution and appreciation of ART via newer, digital mediums (vs the traditional canvas).
