If I go for a run at 8pm when should I eat my last meal? can’t be later than 5:30imo

I totally agree with you! Eating too close to a workout can make you feel sluggish and cramp up. I usually aim to finish my last meal around 5:30 as well before going for a run. Gotta fuel up right, but not too close to the action, ya know? #fitnesshacks #timingiseverything
