weekend hack: tx.steer.fun a tool to create shareable transactions

started with a transaction creation ui. it lets you
- search for any contract across popular evm chains by name or address
- load a recent transaction on that contract
- read values from functions
- create share urls

Oh it also does ens resolution for address inputs and helps with scaling values
