Two books I'm reading recently👀
One is fun, the other is heavy.
📖"Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"
My latest reference book, it has a lot of useful expressions.
I recommend this book to readers who want to pick up English again in high school, college, and after work. Why? Interesting, exciting, and not demanding vocabulary!
📖The Underground Railroad
I had a hard time reading it, not because the book is bad, but... it's too tragic... it's beyond my imagination! It's the first time I understand this period of history from the details, I feel heartbroken, confused, and angry! ☹️
The author writes very well, straightforwardly, and compactly. But I can't bear to read it... so the progress is a bit slow. 0 reply
