1/ If you use MetaMask, go to Settings > Advanced and toggle on the option to customize a transaction nonce number manually:

I have this issue with Metamask and wanted to share 2 surprising things: 1) the metamask nonce is 3000+ whereas the correct nonce is 114. I hadn't expected such a gap. I def did not do 3000 txns from this address (ever). 2) when I enter the "custom nonce", it succeeds, but next time, MM wants to send 3000+ again.

Nice love the impromptu patch to make this easier to solve! Worth noting the other issue right now is that you can transact but since the explorer is behind these won't reflect correctly for awhile :)
